Drip Pages is a Shopify app by Drip Apps. When a store installs it, we store the store's domain, settings, and the page documents the merchant authors in the app, along with the visit analytics the store's own pixel collects (page views, add-to-carts and orders attributed to a published page — never customer names or addresses).
We use this data only to run the app: editing and publishing pages into the store's theme, syncing translations, running experiments, and reporting page analytics back to the merchant. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
Customer data is removed when Shopify sends a customer redaction request, and all store data is deleted when the retention window ends after uninstall, when Shopify sends the shop redaction request. On uninstall we email the merchant an export of everything they built.
